1. Print-on-Demand Products: No Return Policy

As we specialize in Print-on-Demand products, all personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once an order has been placed and the design is finalized, we are unable to accept returns due to the unique nature of these products.

2. Ready-to-Shop Products: Return Policy

For our ready-to-shop products, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. However, the following conditions must be met for a return to be processed:

  • The product must be defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product must be returned in its original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags intact.
  • Returns will only be processed after the product is physically received back at our warehouse.

3. Refund Process

  • After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at order@cutfitmerh.com with your order number and a description of the defect or issue.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Ship the item back to us within the 7-day period.

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Custom or personalized items (Print-on-Demand products) are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Products that show signs of use or wear after being opened or used will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is only allowed within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Once the 1-hour window has passed, cancellations will no longer be accepted as the order will already be in the processing or production phase.
